Baby Visista has nephrotic syndrome (Kidney Problem). Initially, she had been diagnosed with wrongly and underwent a wrong treatment. 
Visista's parents wasted a lot of money on the wrong treatment. 

Later, they had to change the hospital. 
Visista's father Gautham underwent a lot of emotional stress. His mother was suffering from Cancer, his first daughter Visista is suffering from nephrotic syndrome and his second daughter has been diagnosed with heart disease. Though he is in a miserable situation, his never-give-up attitude has kept him going. He had even planned to sell his kidney for money to support his family.
