Organ donation is all about giving life – life that only YOU can choose to give to help. 

 

How to became an organ donor?

 

very simple.

1. go to http://www.mohanfoundation.org/
2. click on "donor card" located on the top right corner. 
3. Fill up your personal details and emergency contact person details. 
Organ that I wish to donate : you can choose "any part of my body" or Corneas , Kidneys , Heart, Lungs, Liver, Pancreas depending on your interest. 
4. Click on Submit. 
5. Print your card, Laminate and keep it in your valet. 

in Brain Dead cases, all organs can be transplanted to others but in other death cases, eyes, bones, skin, heart valves etc. can be utilized.

Card is valid internationally, no country restrictions.
